Lioele Carry Me Blusher Review

Lioele's Carry Me Blusher is one of the most unique blushes I have ever seen! It's small, portable, and includes a built in puffy sponge. I love cute packaging and the blusher's adorable design is a big plus. I'll be reviewing the blush in the shade Cutie Peach.

This blusher has a pot which holds the loose pigment. A sponge covers the pot and allows you to pat it on your cheeks. The first application is difficult, because there is not a lot of product in the puff. You have to remove the plastic disc that covers the powder, replace the pink cap and shake to allow the powder to get in the sponge. Then, I pressed it against my hand a few times to allow the blush to fully saturate the sponge.

The consistency of the powder is very fine and chalky. It does not have much of a scent. Also, it has no shimmer, which is great because I don't really like my face to be sparkly.

Look, the top of the cap also has a mirror! How handy and convenient. :) The sponge allows an even and natural application –no cakey-ness at all.

Here is what the blush looks like on me. I love how I can effortlessly get this subtle peachy pink flush. To achieve this look, I patted the blusher on the apples of my cheeks and in a sweeping motion, dusted it diagonally and upwards. You can do this several times to build up more color, but I like my cheeks to have just a slight hint of color, so it looks almost natural. Wear it with a light BB cream, minimal eye makeup, and a lip gloss for a youthful and innocent look.

Overall, I am impressed with this blush! The price is a little steep but not too bad. Although it is $16.99, which is a little bit high compared to drug store brands, it's definitely cheaper than high end brands, like the Chanel blush I had been using before I got this. It's quality and effectiveness is worth the price. :) You can get this online at momomango.com! Its convenience, packaging, color, and lasting power makes this a great product, giving it the five stars it deserves. ★★★★★

I hope you guys enjoyed my review! What's your favorite blush?

  6. These look so natural! o: I don't use blush, but I want to start soon (otherwise, I look like I have no color on my face). Definitely adding this to my list. Thanks for the review!
