DIY Canvas Art

I definitely think my newest hobby is finding affordable ways to decorate my room. My latest project has been making these little artworks to display! Each one is chic and only took a couple minutes to make. Best of all, it cost me next to nothing.

New Room Decor!

Hi everyone! Before I show you my new room decor, I just wanted to let you all know that nataliecherie.blogspot.com is now natalie-joyce.blogspot.com! Why? Hmm I don't really know. I guess I just wanted to change it!

Alright, well without further ado, here are my new pieces for my bedroom!

This one is my personal favorite: I bought a teacup and saucer set from Ikea and then planted some succulents in it! They're quite cheap at Home Depot. This cost less than $10 to make.

Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade in Medium Brown

Anastasia products are all the rage, so I decided to try out the Dipbrow Pomade. I have never filled in my eyebrows up until recently. I used to think it was unnecessary, but now that I do it on a daily basis, I see what a big difference it makes!

Filling in your eyebrows really frames your eyes and really makes your whole face look put together. I really love this product because you can create so many different looks with it. If you use a light hand, it comes out very naturally. With more pressure, you can create a big, bold brow.

Airplane Essentials

I just recently came back from a trip to Hong Kong and Singapore so I thought it would only be appropriate that I made a guide to essentials for those long plane rides! Use this as a last minute guide to make sure you've remembered everything!

So here's what the case looks like. Very vibrant and cute!

And here are the brushes. I love the turquoise color on the aluminum part.

College Essentials!

Now that I'm almost done with my freshman year of college, I thought I'd do a post on things that I found was useful to have around. This is a list of my personal essentials, and in no way do you have to have it all, but I think it would be very helpful! I will also include the list I made when I was packing stuff to move into the dorms, so you can refer to it.

Anker Astro Mini 3000 mAh External Battery

This sounds bad, but I'm totally hooked on my iPhone. My battery is almost drained by the afternoon and I found myself needing a way to keep my phone charged for the rest of the day, especially if I'm out and about.

I came across this cute lipstick sized portable charger on Amazon for $20. I've been using it for about a week now and I love it!
